Our Youth & STEM programs introduce students to drone technology through hands-on, interactive experiences that connect science, technology, engineering, mathematics, aviation, safety, and the skilled trades to the world around them.

Monitor construction progress, document projects, inspect structures, create maps, and collect aerial data.

ENGINEERING & ARCHITECTURE
Understand sites, structures, measurements, design, and the built environment from a new perspective.

SAFETY
Observe hazards from a safer location and understand how technology can help protect workers.

AVIATION
Learn the fundamentals of flight, airspace, FAA regulations, and responsible drone operations.

MAPPING & DATA
Discover how aerial images can become maps, models, measurements, and information used to make decisions.

MEDIA & COMMUNICATION
Use aerial photography and video to document projects and tell stories from a completely different perspective.

HANDS-ON LEARNING

Whenever the environment, facility, weather, and flight conditions permit, students move from instruction to application.

Participants can practice aerial maneuvers using small drones through supervised outdoor flight activities or indoor flight challenges and obstacle courses.

Activities are adapted to the age, experience level, program objectives, available space, and flight environment.

The objective isn’t simply to teach students how to operate a drone.

It’s to use the drone to unlock curiosity about what they can become.
